Joe Guagno has over 45 years of experience with study design and implementation projects for water, wastewater and educational facilities. In addition to his technical work, Joe manages the direction of IC&EE. His technical responsibilities include participating in SCADA, Instrumentation & Control, Energy, and Electrical projects. He is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states. Joe is a Certified Energy Manager and a member of AEE, WEF, AWWA, and ISA.
