Joseph Guagno, President of IC&EE, LLC and Bedminster Municipal Authority member, was presented with the Sahli Service Award on Monday, September 10, 2018 at the PMAA’s annual conference awards banquet in Erie, PA.
Joesph Guagno was recognized for over 20 years of service to the Bedminster Municipal Authority as a board member and most recently a Vice Chairman.
